Although this item arrived a day late, i am very happy with it. It meet my expectations. Fits to the pedal with ease and the splint is soft but secure my feet while in motion.Reasons why I got this splint:- I am a paraplegic- I need to be able to put my feet into the pedal and secure them without any help (independence is nice)- I need my feet to not move to the left or right while the pedals are moving.With a bit of effort (stretching) I am now able to lift my feet and place them in the pedal, I could not do that with my old pedal foot brace. I am able to lock the straps around both feet +++++While the pedals on my bike are moving, my feet stays centered and does not move to the left or right. Before i had to stop and ask someone to adjust my feet. Due to this, I had stopped using my bike. I wanted to be able to use my bike whether or not someone is home with me. This does the job.NOTE: Not everyone will be able to use this without help. Spasticity can prevent one from leaning over to reach the straps. With time and therapy i think this can be resolved. Range of motion to reach the straps is important.I forgive the lateness because they had to make sure they could customize the connections to fit my pedal and that took time.Great product.
