The smoke itself was perfect. They light Easy and burn long enough for pictures. However they are marked boy and girl so if you are handed one and you didn’t already know the gender of your baby you will then before you even light it. I was under the understanding that there would be a subtle way to know which smoke was pink or blue for a friend or party planner to know which to hand to the expecting parents. But they are wrapped in blue and one in pink with “girl” and “boy” printed on the flare. I was bummed they are marked cause they would have been perfect! You could wrap them in additional paper, but the top where the wick comes out is tinted blue and pink because of how it’s made. These would be perfect if you already know the gender of your baby!Product is vibrant but the blue had a hint of purple in it and it’s a good thing I didn’t need pink because we set it off for fun and it barely showed the pink.Product was okay. You have to rip the paper off so you don't give the gender away before you light it. But after i did that the you could see a -tent of blue on the boy and a tent of pink so i had to cover it up. But the disappointing part was when they lit them one of the sticks was pink smoke and the other started out blues smoke but then went pink so it was confusing at first . Other then that it worked greatThese are not long lasting. beautiful and vibrant colors. But for a picture opportunity someone has to light it fast and get out of the way and hopefully the camera person has a quick shutter button. These do not last more than 10-15 seconds.Super easy to use! Just wish they lasted a little bit longer. But they were bright and has thick smoke! Pink was definitely more noticeable than the blue.This is actually a smoke bomb and not just a cannon so it will keep putting out smoke until it burns out. Just remember the smoke comes from the same side as the fuse!!! We lost the instructions and held it upside down for the reveal. We used one for the actual reveal then the second for photos after. Long lasting and vibrant color.The smoke smells very strong, that you will cough, and not nice for eyes too, and gets very hot in the hand! Caution! But the photos with them turned out to be good.
