Everything came in the package it was just a little difficult and time consuming putting the letters together to spell out the words.Example.. Instead of boy being one balloon it was three different balloons that had to be tied together by ribbonThey are cute but I was missing the straw thing to blow them up. I had to take them to a party store to blow them up with helium only to be told these are meant to be “air filled” and won’t float so well like true helium balloons. They worked for the gender reveal but they need to specify these are meant to be air filled or actually provide the straw to blow up.We surprised my sister when she came home after her sonogram and had the house decorated! She loved it and baby Minnie and Mickey were her favorite!! Good amount of decorations for the price!I ordered this to do a gender reveal party upon opening it looked as if sumone had returned it and sent to next person fumbling threw it to find no mickey and minnie this was very disappointing had to refund my client and not do balloons so last minute ? should have checked it the day receive probably could have gotten a replacement sentThe product was very easy to use.
